1. A $35.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application. An additional $10.00 non-refundable fee is due per each extra person over 18 years of age on the application. We also need a copy of your license and your most recent check stub.

2. A security deposit plus your first month's rent is required at the signing of your lease.

3. Neither inside nor outside pets are allowed without the consent of the Landlord. If pets are allowed, an additional security deposit of $250.00 must be paid.

4. Section 8 applications are accepted on most of our properties.

5. The minimum term of our lease is 12 months.

6. Monthly rent payment should not exceed 40% of the total monthly family income.

7. We run a credit check, criminal background check, rental history check, and income verification once your application is received.

8. A satisfactory reference from a present or previous landlord must be obtainable.
